If you're a follower of my blog, then you know, that while not exclusive, I am a Southwest Airlines girl when it comes to flying. Yet, recently, the flight schedule was better for me on an American Airlines flight. And check out the headrests. They are adjustable!

​Here is how the headrest was on the seat when I sat down.

The headrest folds in on the right and left to give your head more support, especially helpful when sleeping.

Way to go, American Airlines! I did a google search and couldn't find information as to whether these are exclusive to American Airlines or not. My guess would be no. So the next time you fly, see if your headrest is adjustable.
